Job Title:
Software Engineer
Job Duties:
- Gather and analyze Salesforce CRM system requirements.
- Design and architect end-to-end CRM solutions within the IT infrastructure. Ensure that CRM systems integrate seamlessly with existing IT systems and applications.
- Evaluate and recommend CRM technologies that align with IT standards and policies.
- Assess compatibility and integration points with other IT systems.
- Customize CRM platforms to meet IT security and compliance requirements.
- Design and implement integrations with other IT systems, such as ERP, identity management, and collaboration tools.
- Design and implement robust data management strategies within the CRM system.
- Ensure data security and privacy compliance by implementing access controls and encryption.
- Optimize performance through effective configuration and infrastructure planning. Establish and enforce governance policies for CRM system usage within the IT environment.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Develop change management strategies for the adoption of CRM systems within the IT landscape.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for CRM solutions.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and performance testing within the IT environment.
- Work closely with CRM and other enterprise application services vendors and third-party providers to ensure successful implementations.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to CRM systems in collaboration with IT support teams.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for CRM solutions.
- Ensure functional and technical documentation aligns with IT.
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Develop Azure-based applications and services.
- Configure and maintain Azure services including VMs, databases, and networking. Monitor Azure resources for performance and security.
- Architect and implement AWS cloud solutions.
- Deploy and manage scalable, fault-tolerant applications on AWS infrastructure.
- Configure and optimize AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
- Automate tasks using AWS services like CloudFormation and Lambda.
- Monitor AWS environments for performance and security.
- Implement security controls and compliance standards.
- Migrate on-premises workloads to AWS cloud.
- Will work in Longwood, FL and/or various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.

Job Title:
Network & Security Engineer
Job Duties:
- Correct network faults and malfunctions to restore connectivity to individual users and entire facilities.
- Optimize, improve, expand, and upgrade network capabilities and connectivity through network monitoring tools.
- Monitor networks using SolarWinds for protocol failures and hardware failures.
- Design and install Cisco switches and routers.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance during non-peak hours for uninterrupted service.
- Configure and administer firewalls and security-related platforms destined for production.
- Ensure configuration audit and remediation activities are acted upon to keep configuration deltas minimized, and potential resulting disruptions to zero.
- Work on HPNA to find switch information like interfaces, VLANs, and other details.
- Perform firmware upgrades, bandwidth augmentation, and create methods of procedure (MOP) to work on Juniper and F5 firewalls.
- Troubleshoot wireless issues in the access layer.
- Will work in Longwood, FL and/or various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
